About Us 

James D. Hinson Electrical Contracting Co., Inc. in Jacksonville, Florida, was started back in 1986 by James and Shirley Hinson. Helped by three of their children full-time and one part-time, this family built their brand upon providing a high and consistent standard of electrical contracting. We take pride in hiring only the most qualified workers and getting the job done when you need it done. 

James and Shirley retired in 2010 and left the company to their three children: James Daniel Hinson, Robert Doyle Hinson, and Jamey Jo McCoy. Today, our company continues on the path laid out by its founders. We continue to ensure the satisfaction of every customer and give them the exceptional electrical contracting work they require.
